Description

The “Royale” sardines are known for their firm texture and distinct flavor. Each tin contains 12–16 small sardines, hand-packed and ripened in Spanish olive oil for 40 months.

These less fatty sardines are enhanced by floral notes and the extra virgin quality of the olive oil. Some tins include a seal with the number of the artisan who packed them in Cambados, Galicia.

Additionally, our own Tastemaker Sarah Ben Romdane loves a quick and easy lunch or dinner at home that also feels satisfying and pretty; and she knows that “Pyscis provides just that!” We are all fans of fish at Semaine, so this is the ideal lunch idea.
