The history of the Tosolini family runs back to 1918 when their founder, Bepi, was born. Bepi started his first distillery near Venice in 1943, eager to show the world that grappa could be a renowned spirit. Now, four generations later, the Povolotto distillery is still family run with Bepi’s grandchildren working to keep the traditions and quality alive.
