Lightfoot & Wolfville brings a light touch and enlightened approach to both the agricultural and artisanal aspects of viticulture and winemaking. They work in harmony with nature and letting the land offer up its innate best, without subjecting it to aggressive inputs. The winery is located on the home farm site, this land has been in Michael’s family for four generations.

Bubbly Rosé is a fruit-driven rosé designed to showcase a distinctly refreshing blend of aromatic grape varieties. This wine displays the bright Nova Scotia terroir vividly with the region’s signature freshness and fragrant floral aromatics, while Lightfoot & Wolfville’s diverse planting of unique grape varieties allows the winemaking team to blend a brilliantly distinctive style of rosé.
Ultra pale peach in hue. The nose is fragrant and expressive with notes of strawberry and rhubarb pie, pink grapefruit and lychee sorbet with floral undertones reminiscent of rose water. The red fruit carries over to the palate, which is wonderfully balanced with a subtle
sweetness, light effervescence and bright acidity that provides freshness and persistent length. Bubbly Rosé serves well as a versatile apéritif and is ideal for summer patio sipping or paired with light lunch fare. Suggested pairings include maki sushi, cheese, cured meats, saffron risotto and fruit-based desserts. Serve well chilled.
